Description:

The senior pastor will be a godly man that knows the word of GOD and lives by it. This person will be doctrinally sound, someone who listens to and works well with people. He should have a vision for the church and must articulate it clearly and effectively. As an Elder lead church, he will work in unison with the elders, shepherding, preaching and teaching the Bible and leading the congregation in the worship and the will of GOD.
