The Senior Pastor will be a godly man that knows the word of God and lives by it. This person will be doctrinally sound, someone who listens and works well with other people. He should have a vision for the church and must articulate it clearly and effectively. As an Elder lead church, he will work in unison with the elders, shepherding, preaching and teaching the Bible and leading the congregation in the worship and the will of God.
