Real Life Christian Church is seeking to hire an associate pastor. The primary responsibility of the Associate Pastor will be to provide pastoral, administrative, and operational support to the ministries of Real Life Christian Church in Bend.

This role is designed to help strengthen and grow our ministry and teams, provide pastoral care to ministry team members, help execute outreach ministries, and support other needs in the church as they arise.

This position is designed to help provide stability and bring additional support to the worship ministry as well as to other pastoral and administrative needs that support the health and growth of Real Life Christian Church.

The desire of our Eldership is to tailor this role to the gifting and skill of the applicant seeking their personal and Kingdom growth.
