Position Description: Children's Director/Minister - Part-time or Full-time

Qualifications:

Personal; 
Baptized believer who is in theological alignment with Oak Lane and our Statement of Beliefs 
A deep, personal relationship with Jesus as evidenced by the fruit of the Spirit 
Willingness to work collaboratively with other staff and volunteers 
Able to take direction and handle constructive criticism well

Professional; 
Passion for Children’s Ministry and Christian education 
Proficiency with modern computer programs (Canva, Google Docs, Email)

Education; 
Bachelor’s degree preferred, with preference given to those with degrees in Ministry, Education, Human Services, or related fields

We're accepting applications for either a full-time or a part-time Children's Director/Minister position. The full-time position may also include helping lead the church's social media and communications, depending on the candidate's experience, gifts, and the needs of the church. Salary commensurate with experience. Job Description available upon request.
