New Mexico Christian Children’s Home (NMCCH) needs caring couples as houseparents. The couple will be supported by a professional and caring staff. life. 

Requirements and Qualifications  
• The essential responsibility of a houseparent is to provide a safe, loving, and Christian home. 
• Houseparents will model Christian family living in a positive, inviting, and 
non-judgmental attitude 
• Supervise and care for up to 10 children within a cottage setting 
• Ability to be flexible in daily routines 
• Commitment to confidentiality 
• Possess good character

• Starting pay for a houseparent couple range from $63,000 to over $100,000 annually.
