MLTCC seeks to call a lead minister to shepherd the congregation. This would be our one full-time staff member. Working alongside the elders and church leadership, the minister will develop and implement a Christ-centered vision for worship, discipleship, evangelism, and service.
 
The Minister of Mountlake Terrace Christian Church (MLTCC) provides spiritual leadership for the congregation through biblical preaching, sound teaching, compassionate pastoral care, and visionary leadership. Working alongside the elders and church leadership, the minister will develop and implement a Christ-centered vision for worship, discipleship, evangelism, and service.
 
The ideal candidate will: 
Hold a master's degree from an accredited seminary or graduate school of ministry. 
Have experience serving as a Lead Minister or in an Associate Ministry role. 
Demonstrate proven leadership and the ability to work collaboratively with elders, staff, volunteers, and ministry teams. 
Exhibit spiritual maturity, wisdom, and a heart for shepherding God's people. 
Show a clear commitment to following God's leading and serving His Kingdom.
 
We have prepared a candidate information packet that includes a statement of purpose, job description, church beliefs, history, and missions, our current general budget, and our constitution and bylaws.
