Position opening – MFC Equipping Pastor
 
Base salary: $49,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year depending upon candidate qualifications
 
Job description: The Administrative and Equipping Pastor assists the Senior Pastor in the day-to-day operations of the church, providing managerial and administrative oversight for church ministries and programs, promoting, and carrying out the church vision, providing pastoral care, helping to build and facilitate the growth of the church, and building relational bridges to the surrounding community. The Administrative and Equipping Pastor will share general pastoral duties and preach on occasion. The Administrative and Equipping Pastor will have strong relationship building gifts and skills. Our new Administrative and Equipping Pastor should be an entrepreneurial person with a heart and call to ministry, and with a strong and distinct “pioneering” heart and spirit to reach new families and add to our church through “Spirit led” evangelism and discipleship. This is a dedicated, full-time position. Key Responsibilities
 
• Leadership & Administration: Oversee church programs, guide staff, and support overall daily operations. 
• Evangelism: Grow the congregation by pioneering outreach to new families and the surrounding community. 
• Spiritual Development: Champion discipleship, integrate prayer into all ministries, and exhibit Christian maturity. 
• Pastoral Care: Share preaching and general pastoral duties to support the congregation.
