The First Church of Christ is seeking a Senior Minister who can communicate clearly through inspirational teaching, and will demonstrate a warm, compassionate personality that supports the church and community through visitation and spiritual guidance.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the biblical qualities of Elders and Shepherds as defined in I Timothy 4:6-13 and I peter 5:1-4. Successful candidate will use his spiritual gifts to preach and teach, to be a problem-solver, and to foster a spirit of cooperation between all age groups.

The minister's tasks include delivering well-researched, documented, clear and biblical sermons; supporting and strengthening a team approach to ministry; encouraging and supervising a plan growing the church; educating and nurturing new members; and encouraging and supporting the youth program.
