Cornerstone Christian Church is seeking an Associate Adult Minister to help adults take their next step toward Jesus through biblical community, leadership development, discipleship, and pastoral care. This full-time role will help recruit and develop Small Group leaders, connect adults into meaningful community, oversee key ministry milestones such as baptisms and post-baptism discipleship, and provide pastoral care through significant seasons of life.

We are looking for a relational, spiritually mature leader who loves developing people, building healthy ministry systems, and making disciples who make disciples. This position also offers meaningful opportunity for growth, with the potential for expanded leadership in adult ministries, church-wide discipleship strategy, care ministries, and staff leadership as the church continues to grow.
