CKids Director 
Full-Time   Eagle, ID   Reports to: Executive Pastor 
Calvary Chapel Eagle is seeking a visionary, mission-driven CKids Director to lead and scale our growing children’s ministry. We're looking for a leader with the passion and strategic ability to grow our Sunday kids program from ~250 to 1,000 weekly children over the coming years. This role will build strong teams, deliver excellent curriculum, and partner with parents to help children know and love Jesus in a safe, fun, Christ-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities 
Cast Vision & Scale: Develop and execute a strategy to grow CKids from ~250 to 1,000 children weekly while ensuring quality, safety, and alignment with our mission. 
Lead Teams: Recruit, train, and empower a large, healthy volunteer team to serve with excellence. 
Create Exceptional Environments: Ensure CKids spaces are fun, safe, welcoming, and Christ-centered for kids and families. 
Deliver Effective Curriculum: Oversee age-appropriate, engaging Bible teaching and spiritual formation. 
Engage Families & Community: Build strong relationships with parents and lead outreach events to connect new families to the church.
 
Qualifications 
Growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ; commitment to Calvary Chapel Eagle’s mission, vision, and Calvary Distinctives. 
Proven leadership experience (3+ years) in children’s ministry or a comparable team-building environment. 
Strong communication, organizational, and strategic planning skills. 
Ability to inspire and equip volunteer leaders at scale. 
Proficient with technology platforms such as Planning Center, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.

Calvary Chapel Eagle is located in Idaho’s beautiful Treasure Valley, just outside Boise. We are a church that loves Jesus and loves people, committed to verse-by-verse Bible teaching, engaging worship, a loving community, and fun, dynamic programs for kids and youth.

Since relaunching in October 2023 under the leadership of Pastor Brenen Beeler, we have seen over 200 first-time commitments to Christ and more than 70 baptisms. We’ve launched over 30 small groups and grown our CKids ministry from 10 children at one service to over 200 kids across two services.

We are excited and humbled by all God is doing in the Treasure Valley as we continue to pray for revival and seek to follow how He is moving.
